Iceland Spring Break

We had a fun-filled spring break in Iceland. Most interesting was the information about Iceland's geothermal sustainability; we toured a plant and it was quite fascinating. Kudos to Iceland. Extreme Iceland took us around the Golden Circle; we saw amazing views of mountains, lava, fissures, horses, a dairy farm, waterfalls, lakes, and geysers. The Blue Lagoon and local geothermal pool were relaxing. The food was great--lamb, Skyr (yogurt), dried cod chips, rugbraud (rye bread), among many other yummy dishes (we did not try the shark). We highly recommend!

Madam President and Protest

Whoo-hoo! Julia was elected president of the Buckeye Blackout club for next year! She is the most qualified and will have a very successful term. In other news, she participated in a protest...still waiting on the details--but I have the pictures below.

I'm going to try a new vitamin D3 supplement (Bio-D-Mulsion Forte) by Biotics. The cholecalciferol is emulsified to aid absorption and assimilation. For sure, Julia will be trying this--no pills to swallow, just a drop under your tongue. You can do it!
