Back in the Lab and Eating Out with Friends

Sweet Valentine Sweeties

Julia had many suitors for Valentine's Day...all just good friends. She received a Buckeye Donut and a home-cooked steak dinner!

Julia's week was full of midterm exams; we are all looking so forward to spring break in Iceland. The girls went to The Crest Gastropub for brunch and then clothes thrifting. She learned how to play euchre; how could we have allowed her to go to college before teaching her this game??? Steven is planning on teaching her hearts when she comes home and we'll definitely play euchre in Iceland with Meme.

Keep on Keeping on

No time even for our usual Sunday night call--so busy! Julia and Caitlyn had their radio show. Julia has been busy with school and applying to various summer internship opportunities.

I spent the weekend in a food allergy cooking class.

Peanut Butter kept watch at the window, waiting for Julia to come home. You have to love his little muffin top, which sits on top of his feet when he strikes his meerkat pose.

Buckling Down with Knitting

Julia had a fun evening shopping, attended an AROUSE party, and spent some serious time in the library. Friday night, we shared dinner pictures at 10 pm; her Annie's image is below. Julia had a bit of a glitch with the knitting, which I can't help fix until spring break.

We went to Aaron's for the Super Bowl. Their renovation is amazing and of course, he had TONS of food that Steven enjoyed.

Groundhog Day Success

Julia did it! She conquered the 24-hour Groundhog Day marathon! She won herself 24 movie tickets and bragging rights. Also captured are a concert and some fun foodie times with Matt and Sarah.
