Somehow Julia managed to pack it all in and under the weight limit. We had a nice last visit from Meme too. We traveled to Leeds (via Dublin) fully prepared with three folders worth of documentation. All went smoothly! The only initial hiccup was that the 50-pound L.L.Bean duffle didn't make it until day two. Julia attended orientation, we walked around campus/Leeds, found her dorm, and even went to York for a day trip. It was hard to say goodbye--but we have no doubt that she will be successful and really enjoy her time there. The world is a better place with her in it and she will do good things.
