The Sarrges, Mom, Chad, and Miriam came over for dinner last night. Per the birthday boy's request, we had Wingo's wings and sirloin meatballs from Wagshal's. Dessert was Georgetown Cupcakes and cookies.The snow started Saturday around 4 pm. Twenty-four hours later, DC has ~6 inches. However, the flurries may continue until midnight. So thankful that we were able to celebrate with family last night.
We ventured out for coffee around noon and were thrilled to find Wawa's open! There were quite a few people walking around the neighborhood. I'm hoping more people got out and cleared their sidewalks because the cold temperatures are staying and that means the snow is staying.
