Benjamin came and spent a few days with Julia. They went to the wonderfully quaint town of York.They ate pork and cracklings from The York Roast Co. Julia worked on her dissertation; Benjamin studied for a pilot exam.
Here in DC, Meme came over for dinner on Father's Day--sirloin steak from Wagshal's (forgot to take an after pic). Our celebration was low key--definitely not the same without having the child around. We got to do a quick FaceTime with Jules to catch up before she heads to France for the week.
