Mom went to California with Aunt Ruthie for Aunt Miriam's memorial service. She was able to see Alex and his family as well. Julia had the lovely Caitlyn come visit for the week in St. Paul. Among working at cafes and other fun activities, they went up to Duluth and Julia had her first band gig! The name of their band is, Large Boulder the Size of a Small Boulder. The name comes from an infamous tweet; check out the full story on CNET. Here in DC, we have the stroller out and in use (finally great weather). Quiet loves going for long walks preferably alone; Booberry likes it best inside, sitting in the sun by the door.
